Last week I looked at the Bear-Stearns bailout by the Fed and JP Morgan Chase bank.  Now the bailout has turned into a buy out with the price for Bear Stearns set at just $2 per share.  The Fed responded to the news with another interest rate cut amid other items of bad economic news on jobs and housing growth.  Looks like it's time to bone up on the reasons for the credit crunch.
