Ethiopian, Binyam Mohamed was picked up by the U.S. in 2002 as a foreign combatant, allegedly taken to Morocco for 18 months of torture and interrogation and then transferred to Guantanmo Bay for trial.  Six years later the government dropped their charges against him but won't let him leave in case they come up with better charges later on.  This is a good one for the round-up.
