Real Time Automation began by focusing on RS232/RS422/RS485 serial communications and is now heavily involved in CAN, DeviceNet, EtherNet, EtherNet/IP, Profinet, ModbusTCP, and SDS. They build PCB boards, OEM products, board-level industrial I/O systems and offer an assortment of off the shelf network gateways and enablers. Established in 1989, RTA exists to provide innovative solutions to our customers, by utilizing both custom and off the shelf networking solutions. RTA is composed of three business segments: connectivity products, engineered systems, and an OEM division.
