Mark Graban's blog and podcast is a touchstone on the internet for lean ideas and lean implementation. His podcast has had some of the "Giants" in the lean world and is a true textbook reference for the development of lean thinking. Mark is working on a book to be published by Productivity Press tentatively called "Lean Hospitals: Improving Quality, Patient Safety, and Employee Satisfaction," planned for release in 2008.
