Rx for ERP, LLC is a consultancy that provides support to CEO, CFO, and COO positions in larger mid-sized business. The consultancy focuses on "prescribed solutions to ERP implementations" by partnering with project mangers and executive sponsors to create a framework that prepares the enterprise for an ERP project. Rx for ERP uses a proprietary process that allows the enterprise to balance the three ERP project dimensions: business project management, systems project management and change management.
