On Thursday, August 20, 2009 Cambridge Machinery was purchased by Comco USA, Inc., a subsidiary of the Comco Corporation of Japan. Comco is a $50 million dollar corporation with offices in Toyota, Japan; Shanghai, China; Czech Republic; Bangkok, Thailand, and Chicago, Illinois. Comco is also the designer and manufacturer of the Comco (formerly Keins) CNC Tube Benders, Rotary Head CNC Bender, “1-D” Booster Benders, NC Benders, High-End End Former, Premium Heat Exchange Machines, plus many other very innovative products. Cambridge Machinery will still be located in Nashville, Tennessee for your convenience. This is an exciting time for Comco USA/Cambridge Machinery and a great opportunity for growth in the industry.
