We thought we would have some fun around the theme of 12 days of Christmas and have 12 ways to create your own personal success in 2009. This is the second part of the interview and continues on from the previous show

Here were the first 6 ways to step into the spotlight

1. You are no one, until somebody hates you!
2. Tell the truth
3. Start a movement
4. Speak in your own voice
5. Position Yourself
6. Find your story and connect it with what you are selling .....And today we talk about
7. Learn how to tell your story well - don't be boring!
8. Start your own fan club, start building your own audience  - including lessons from Barrack Obama.
9. Name everything.
10. Aim high, start early and work hard to make it happen.
11. Promote yourself from salesman to expert
12. Leave them wanting more....
