Sorry for the long hiatus but no better reason to get a show out than for Dale Jr. to break the winless streak. And doing it on fuel is quite amazing. Thank goodness for late race cautions. He maintains 3rd in points and is proving to be very consistent with the new team. Hendrick, Childress and Gibbs dominate the top 12.

Edwards takes the second checkered in a week but not without some controversy. Junior comes in second to be the big climber in points moving up 13 spots to #10. Gordon had a late tangle with Kenseth and Jimmie Johnson never really got it going.
